The property is modern, clean and in the convenient place, the room is well-equiped. The most important thing of this hotel is the family who runs it. As our ferry was canceled, they found us solutions how to extend one more night although all rooms were booked. This family, especially, mother, are super friendly, attentive to details, cares about the people and their feelings and experience while guests staying in the hotel. I would definetly recommend you if you are not looking for very fancy big hotel, to stay in this cute and cozy hotel. 💫

The hotel was recently renovated and everything looks really nice. The position is very good, a couple of minutes from the promenade, but on a quiet street. We could always park the car on the street. The old town is also easy to reach from the accomodation (5 min by car or 30 min walking). The owers are really friendly and are taking really good care of their customers, follow their tips (we asked for restaurants and beaches recommendations) and you won't be disappointed! The breakfast was very very good! They serve plenty of sweet and savoury options and most of the products (olive oil, olives, eggs, vegetables, etc.) are produced from the family, so everything is really fresh and the quality is amazing. A big thanks again to the owners for making our stay so pleasant!

The hotel was recently renovated, and it shows! The room was cozy, very clean and comfortable. The room also had a kettle for tea and coffee. The bad was very comfy, and the toilet had the best shower. The staff, Katerina and Antonis are the kindest couple, always polite and available to help, if needed. The buffet that is offered at breakfast has many options, to satisfy everybody's preferences. The location makes it perfect to go to the beach, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop. Definitely recommended!!

The Charm hotel is really full of charm! Nice little hotel on a great location(walking distance to the town centre, but still without any noise). Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff is extremely pleasant and always keen to help you with any request. Mini-bar prices are similar to those in supermarket(which is around 50 meters from the hotel).

The staff was amazing, friendly and was there for all we needed. The room was all we wished for. The Wi-Fi was good and the location was great for us.

We booked this for a girls family holiday! Firstly the hotel itself was perfect, it was simple, clean and the staff were super friendly, nothing was too much to ask! Location was super, located next to supermarket, 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants located within 5/10 minute walk! Perfectly located for everything, but also remote enough that you aren’t kept awake with outside sounds. The bed was comfy and nice balcony view also. Value for money was amazing, just a good find and would highly recommend. Would recommend in regards to beach walking an extra 15 minutes to golden bay beach, it’s beautiful, easy walk and worth it! Also palm beach club is perfect if you want a pool with €5 for sunbed hire and to have access to a swimming pool. Definitely recommend!

great hotel with lovely owners, very clean rooms and common areas. the breakfast buffet was also tasty with fresh eggs, honey and vegetables. The buffet has also vegan choices (much appreciated!) Thanks again!!

The room was just as described. Very nice hotel given the amount paid. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The location was quiet and excellent.

The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and also a supermarket. It's very close to the town centre but in a quiet area. It's also very easy to park the car. The room was big and with a nice balcony. The owners are very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.
